By synthesizing lessons from initiatives such as the Sovereign Tech Agency, Ethereum’s Protocol Guild, and other ecosystem programs, OMF provides a practical blueprint that any Web3 ecosystem can adopt to coordinate and sustain the infrastructure it depends on.
